Step 2 - tender and purchase orders we prepare a file for all solutions, ready for a commercial tender and sent to solution providers we support the purchasing manager, review the proposals, advise the trade, and provide ongoing support until after installations.

Step 3 - Management and implementation of the project we assign an experienced project manager who takes ownership of the equipment's supply and implementation. The project manager is the only point of contact for supplies and installations. Manages the coordination of the various factors and ensures successful installations. Supports the core infrastructure of the hotel. And at the end of step 3, the hotel is ready to open.
